How long a video takes
Your video is put together on your own computer rather than on a remote server. That keeps your photos private and your price low. Times below are for a laptop from the last few years using Chrome or Edge.
- Keep the tab open until the download is ready.
- For 4K, videos up to 60 seconds give the smoothest result.
- Chrome, Edge, Opera and recent Safari produce MP4. Some Firefox versions render in real time and may produce WebM, which not every property portal accepts.

What counts as one credit?
One credit is one generated video. If you change the photo order, the music or the text and generate the same video again within 10 minutes, it doesn't cost another credit.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits refresh at the start of each monthly period and unused credits don't carry over. If you regularly run short, Studio gives you four times the videos of Pro.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account with no calls or forms. You keep using your credits until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Is the music safe to use on Instagram and YouTube?
Yes. Every soundtrack is composed for your video at the moment it's generated, so there's no licence to expire and no copyright claims on social platforms.
Where do my photos go?
The video is assembled in your browser, so your photos never leave your computer. Finished videos are downloaded straight to you and never stored on our servers.
What's the difference between 1080p and 4K?
1080p is sharp on phones, laptops and every property portal. 4K, on the Studio plan, holds up on large screens and in office window displays, and gives you room to crop.
Which browser should I use?
Chrome, Edge, Opera or a recent version of Safari. They render fastest and give you an MP4 file. Some versions of Firefox render in real time and may produce WebM instead.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can have a full refund within the first 14 days of a paid plan, as long as you've generated three videos or fewer.
