Terms of service
Last updated [date of publication]
These terms apply when you use Property Motion, provided by [company or trading name], [registered address]. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Property Motion turns listing photos you provide into property videos. Videos are rendered in your web browser, so rendering speed and file format depend on your computer and browser. Chrome, Edge, Opera and recent Safari are supported.
Plans and credits
- One credit makes one video. Generating the same set of photos again within 10 minutes of the first generation, with any changes to order, text, style, music, length or format, does not use another credit.
- The Free plan includes 3 videos, which carry a small watermark. Paid plans renew monthly and include a set number of credits for each monthly period. Unused credits don’t roll over.
- If a video can’t be finished, the credit is returned automatically, up to 3 times a day. Beyond that, write to us and we’ll put it right.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT, which is added at the current UK rate.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your Account page. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and is not charged again. You can have a full refund within 14 days of starting a paid plan if you’ve generated three videos or fewer on it. [Check how this fits consumer cancellation rights in your market]
Your photos and videos
You keep all rights to your photos and to the videos you make. You must have the right to use the photos you upload, and the property details you add must be accurate and not misleading. The soundtracks are composed for your video when it is generated; you may use them in the videos you make, for any purpose, with no time limit.
Fair use
Don’t use Property Motion to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to try to get around plan limits or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Property Motion available and correct, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Room names and headlines suggested automatically may be wrong; check your video before you publish it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
If we change these terms we’ll show the new date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email. These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction].
